Roof Replacement

Whether due to old age or irreparable damage, at some point, your roof may need to be replaced. A new roof means better protection for your home or business, as well as lower electricity bills. At Legacy Roofing, we provide custom roof replacement for both residential and commercial buildings throughout the state of Michigan. We offer a variety of roofing materials for new roofs, from asphalt, wood, concrete, clay, slate, or composite shingles to solar roofs and metal roofs.

Legacy Commercial TPO roofing

Commercial Roofing

Legacy Roofing specializes in single-ply membrane roofing for commercial buildings. With single-ply membrane roofing, we apply a sheet of synthetic material instead of multiple layers of more traditional shingles. Single-ply membranes can last for decades and lower energy costs, making them a great option for commercial properties.

At Legacy Roofing, we offer two different types of single-ply membrane roofing: TPO roofing and EPDM roofing.

Roof Repair

Discover roof damage after a bad storm? Have an emergency leak? Legacy Roofing offers emergency roof repair for roofs of all kinds, from commercial and residential to shed roofs and flat roofs.

We’re happy to do a quality repair so you can avoid a more costly replacement if at all possible.

TPO Roofing

Thermoplastic polyolefin roofing, more commonly known as TPO roofing, is a popular single-ply membrane option for commercial roofs. Insulation will need to be installed before the synthetic sheets. Because TPO roofing is so lightweight, installation is quick and easy, especially when compared to more traditional kinds of commercial roofing.

EPDM Roofing

EPDM stands for ethylene propylene diene monomer. It is often called “rubber roofing.” Like TPO, EPDM requires insulation and is quickly installed in lightweight sheets. EPDM can be installed in one of three ways: fastened (screwed in with fasteners), adhered (glued), or ballasted (held down by stones or pavers).

Residential Roofing

Legacy Roofing offers repairs, installations, and inspections for residential roofs.

We work with residential roofs of all sorts, including:

Metal Roofs

Shingle Roofs

Flat Roofs

We also work with multiple varieties of shingles, including:

Architectural shingles, dimensional shingles, or laminate shingles

Designer shingles or luxury shingles

Reviews

We had an amazing experience with Legacy roofing, starting with Jeremy, who was completely upfront and true to his word throughout the complete job. Then came Roger with his roofing crew, the most pleasant and efficient crew ever. Then Kevin and the siding crew, another amazing group of guys—very particular and detailed. Our house looks fantastic. We couldn’t be happier!

Legacy replaced my roof, and I'd recommend them to others. I got three quotes, and Legacy gave me a similar price to the other local companies. The roof looks great, everything was cleaned up well, and the rep was honest and responsive.

Great customer service, very helpful with and responsive to many questions. Crew on site was friendly and cleaned up EVERYTHING. I was truly impressed with how clean the property was after the crew left.

Legacy did a great job installing our new roof. Jeremy was quite patient with us as we tried deciding which shingle color was best for the house. They were in and out in one day and it looks great!
